Villas Santa Teresa
The villas are ideal for small groups or families, as they can sleep up to four people and have facilities for cooking, lounging and bathing. There is lots of open space throughout the villa and an ample amount of natural lighting. Guests can relax in the living room or on the covered porch, which is stocked with a table, chairs and hammock and overlooks either the pool or gardens. The kitchen includes marble countertops, a stove, microwave and stainless steel refrigerator; cooking here is both easy and enjoyable. The bedroom is simply decorated and has a king size bed, and there are two additional daybeds in the living room.
Air conditioning and tile floors keep the indoors cool, and there is a cable TV that can help fill any downtime. The bathrooms are especially impressive with their raised stone sinks and outdoor showers—indeed, there's nothing quite like a shower in the sunlight with a cool ocean breeze floating overhead.
Several of the villas border the swimming pool. The pool is large and clean and filled with cold water – an excellent spot to begin or end any day. Large trees extend over a deck area and offer up shady places to relax. It's not uncommon to see monkeys, iguanas or birds playing within their large branches.
All the villas were constructed using environmental standards. They have recycled building blocks and clay tile roofs that keep the insides naturally cool. What's more, the four villas can be rented individually or collectively.
