Where it is
The houses sit on a green hillside about 300 m north of the main crossroads (El Cruce) at Playa Carmen, overlooking the Pacific. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the shops and restaurants of town are within walking distance too.
What the houses are like
Every house comes with a full kitchen, a terrace or patio, hot-water bathrooms, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. Buy fresh fruit, veggies and fish locally and you’re set for dinner.

- Casa Grande: two bedrooms and one bathroom for up to four, styled with vaulted ceilings, handcrafted doors and hardwood details, plus an upstairs living room and deck.
- Casa Hemingway: two bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to four, with a big shaded patio for breakfast, naps or a good book.
- Casa Romantica: two bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to five, with a living room that opens onto a sunny terrace over the gardens.
- Casa Mirador: the largest, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to eight. Good for bigger families or two families traveling together.
Pool and downtime
The shared pool is large and ringed with colorful tropical plants, a good spot to cool off after the beach. Spend the rest of the day on your terrace watching the garden, or walk down for the sunset.

Getting here
Playa Carmen is at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, a long way from either international airport.
